Oversee the Landscape Teams across multiple offices, collaborating closely with the Community Planning, Environmental, and Cultural teams.
Take charge of project management responsibilities, including developing proposals, defining project scopes and budgets, establishing project schedules, and conducting profitability analysis.
Provide supervision for both professional and technical staff, encompassing tasks such as recruitment, performance evaluations, optimizing staff member assignments, and fostering teamwork within the department.
Efficiently manage team workflows, project assignments, overall schedules, and resource allocation to meet project requirements and target utilization.
Consistently embody the firms vision, mission, and core values in your work and interactions.
Required profile
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Community Planning, Urban Design, or closely related field.
20 years of relevant consulting, agency, or municipal experience, with at least 5 yrs exp working at Director/Principal level
5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.
Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) registration.
GCC experience a must (not remote based but based in GCC)
Strong project management, client management, profit management, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Master's degree in related field.
Experience in a multidisciplinary consulting firm.
