My Client is a global T1 multi-disciplinary consultancy with an exciting opportunity to assist in starting a Landscape Architectural Division based in Abu Dhabi.We need a Dynamic Leader, who can lead an office through creative design and win work.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Guide the landscape architecture discipline in Abu Dhabi, providing vision and strategic direction to elevate the company's presence in the Middle East market.Project Management: Oversee the design and execution of complex landscape architecture projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards.Design Excellence: Promote innovation and sustainability in all projects, pushing the boundaries of landscape architecture to create iconic and culturally relevant spaces.Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, serving as the primary contact for landscape architecture projects.Team Development: Mentor and inspire a team of landscape architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that supports professional growth.Business Development: Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, crafting proposals, and participating in presentations to secure new projects.Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to the company's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in landscape architecture.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other disciplines within the organisation, including architecture, urban planning, engineering, and environmental specialists, to deliver integrated design solutions.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.Experience: At least 18 years of experience in landscape architecture, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, preferably in the Middle East or a similar region.Skills:
A strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and technical proficiency.
Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS.
Understanding of local regulations, cultural nuances, and environmental factors in the Middle East.
