From reviewing product concepts to identifying new algorithms and techniques, you\'ll lead the development of innovative navigation solutions that set HALCON apart.Key Accountabilities:
- Review product concept designs to ensure mission success and performance integrity.
- Supervise the development of navigation systems for specific products, ensuring alignment with performance specifications.
- Manage the development of algorithms required for navigation solutions and oversee testing in simulation environments.
- Train junior engineers in all aspects of navigation system development, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Identify and implement new tools, test equipment, algorithms, and navigation techniques to enhance performance and mission success.
- Advise management on the long-term direction of navigation system development, driving innovation and strategic growth.
- Fifteen years of experience in the development of algorithms, simulation, and modeling.
- Master\'s degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ten years of experience in the development of navigation systems.
- Training in control systems and optimal estimation theory.
- Proficiency in designing advanced navigation systems and developing navigation system algorithms.
- Experience in developing architecture of simulation models and software.
- Competence in understanding future development directions for navigation systems.
