The principal engineer will support the department manager and give guidance to the engineers in the department. They will also be responsible for establishing the guidance and control capabilities and investigating future technologies that will advance the department.Key Accountabilities:

Experience & Education Qualifications:
At least 10-15 year of experience working on guided weapon systems or relevant experience and certifications.
Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or PhD degree in relevant fields (i.e. electrical, mechanical, embedded systems, aerospace engineering, etc.)
At least 5 years of experience in engineering management and leadership.
Detailed knowledge of the engineering discipline and the development of guided weapon systems.
