Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Nursery Principal. If you are passionate about education, have strong leadership skills, and are dedicated to creating a positive learning environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Manage school operations, including budgeting and staffing
- Evaluate and support teachers and staff
- Foster a positive school culture and community partnerships
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- Principal certification or eligibility for certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in education leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of improving student achievement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
