Luminary Real Estate is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Primary / Secondary Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling and renting properties. You will act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts and providing expert advice to clients.The RoleYou will be responsible for :
Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
Building and maintaining a network of clients.
Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Real Estate Consulting role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
