We are looking for an ambitious and driven Primary Market Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team at Billionaire Homes Real Estate . The ideal candidate will specialize in selling off-plan and newly launched properties, leveraging our comprehensive tools, resources, and support to succeed in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell properties in the primary market, including off-plan and new developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends, property developments, and competitive offerings.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for prospective buyers.
• Handle client inquiries, provide advice on property selection, and guide them through the purchase process.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in the primary market, is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with marketing tools and portals.
• A valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preference Given To:

• Candidates with prior developer experience.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
