We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teacher to join our team. - Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans that promote the overall development of children in the nursery.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Monitor and assess children\'s progress, keeping accurate records and providing feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to understand and address the specific needs of each child.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Stay updated on current educational practices and trends in early childhood development. Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with children and their families.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
