Continuous Learning - Stay updated on new features, case studies, and add-on solutions.
Effort Estimation & Proposals - Help estimate costs, implementation time, and customization needs.
Project Handover & Transition - Ensure a smooth handover from presales to project delivery teams.
Customer Support & Escalations - Assist in handling customer issues and changes in project scope.
RFPs & Documentation - Support the sales team by responding to RFPs and tenders.
Revenue Growth - Identify opportunities for additional services post-implementation.
