The Pre-Sales Consultant will work closely with IT Management and IT Security Management of corporate / enterprise customers, to help identify their cyber security gaps, vulnerabilities, pain points and needs, proposing the right solutions to ensure the clients requirements are met. The position will require you to keep up-to-date on the latest IT Security trends as well as engaging with all key third-party vendors. This mid-level role will require the incumbent to generate new leads using a variety of business development strategies
Skills/Requirements:
5-8 years of with Presales in Cyber Security or Computer Networking experience to large enterprise or related field. Technical individuals in consulting roles and comfortable in customer facing role (meeting high level executives etc), with excellent communication, presentability and presentation skills.
Know-How in: Value-Selling Methodology, Standards and Methods for Opportunity and Proposal Management Building a trusted relationship with customers as a Trusted Advisor for Cyber Security; identifying and analyzing customer challenges and specific technical and business requirements; proposing customer-specific solutions, starting with the selection of technologies and products, through solution scoping, to the business case, including a TCO and ROI analysis, to create the highest possible customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
Have 5-8 years of experience in Pre-sales solutions design, RFP, RFQ, RFI , Bid management
Must have 3-5 years of experience in UAE itself, must have knowledge of all Cyber Security products and competitor pricing in UAE
Must be a certified ethical hacker and also other certifications related to Cybersecurity
Should be able to design security portfolios like SOC services, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning
Design solutions for Cybersecurity offerings and Managed services
Ability to prioritize and validate the threats, define principles, policies, standards, and governance
Ability to design, build, test and implement cybersecurity solutions
Strong in cloud architecture and multiple domain experience
Experience in creating maintaining technical roadmaps and reviewing new systems services
Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirement - Strategic Solution selling - Solution Presentation - Participate in conference call discussion - Solution Demonstration and Proof of Concept - Business Solution Proposal - RFI/RFP specification preparation.
Experience in working with Cloud environment for MSP / IT solutions provider
Ensure that key risks and issues are identified and resolved in line with the information risk policies.
Work closely with the Sales team to identify business opportunities (Funnel Generation) for the Cyber Security Managed Services portfolio in the MENA region. Ensure Funnel to Order Book conversion Industry Awareness
Technical presales engagements with new customers and existing stakeholders
Design security controls and guiding their use for both on-premise technologies and cloud-hosted solutions.
Should be able to work in and across large geo-dispersed teams
