We are looking for a dynamic pre-sales engineer/ consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with both existing and prospective enterprise clients, alongside our sales and services units, to craft tailored technology solutions in cyber defence that address their specific needs. The ideal candidate has great assessment skills in identifying gaps and pain points in the technology infrastructure in line with customer business priorities, needs. Required to travel around UAE for customer meetings and be their technical point of contact throughout the opportunity cycle. The ideal candidate has outstanding discipline, is highly passionate, and is eager to learn, grow, and develop. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hungry to exceed given KPI's, and strives to go above and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about tech security consulting, pre-sales and looking to use this opportunity as a growth launching pad for their career at Teksalah.

The presales profile requires the following job responsibilities and technical capabilities.

1. Assess customer ICT security needs, gaps and business goals to tailor tech security solutions.

2. Identify gaps and challenges in customer ICT environments along with customer business priorities to align suitable technology solutions

3. At least 3 to 5 years' experience as Pre-Sales Engineering or similar working roles

4. Ability to present, explain technical solutions and concepts to non-technical people

5. Good practical understanding on Datacenter, ZTA, PKI, Identity & Authentication & Cloud architecture

6. Must have working experience in Advanced EPP and EDR Solutions

7. Must have working experience in Email Security products

8. Knowledge on vulnerability assessment / patch management / policy compliance product

9. Conducting comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on various systems, networks, and applications.

10. Good knowledge in Enterprise Switching, Wi-Fi, Firewall solutions is a preference

11. Excellent written and oral communication in English language.

12. Good time management and Project management skills.

13. Work on creating and responding to RFI's, RFP's with suitable response proposals in compliance.

14. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop winning proposals and presentations

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
