Job Description

The Role

QUOTATIONS o Preparing quotations as instructed by the sales engineers. o Preparing reports for the management based on quotes o Maintains filing all quotations and related documents Maintains database of all quotations in the system o Assisting the sales engineers, providing all the details for the items quoted. o Dealing with the customers if sales engineers are not available. o Dealing with telephonic enquiries. TECHNICAL SUBMITTALS o Preparing Technical submittals as per the project/ client requirements o Selection of valves as per the details provided by the clients. o Arranging the sample boards to the clients as per submittals. o Replying to the consultant comments after checking with the manager. o Maintains the database and the status of all the submittals in the system. o Preparing reports for the management based on submittals.



Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the similar field / Freshers can also be considered if they meet the following requirements. o With Mechanical/technical know-how on piping and plumbing products. o Adept knowledge in MS Office Applications o Knowledge in AutoCAD
