Location: Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Engineer with a strong background in IT and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. This role demands a deep understanding of IT/ELV technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with sales and technical teams.

• Understand customer requirements and design customized IT/ELV solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, including system design, schematics, and cost estimates.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather information for accurate solution design.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements, address concerns, and provide technical guidance.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source appropriate technologies and components.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all presales activities, including client interactions and proposal details.
• Prepare regular reports on presales performance and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a presales role within the IT/ELV industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, PA systems, etc.).
• Proficiency in relevant design and estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
