Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Pre Sales Manager with experience in SaaS sales to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess a valid driver's license, and own a car. This role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective pre-sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide support to the sales team by conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales collateral, and participating in client meetings as a subject matter expert.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in the SaaS industry.
- Own a car and possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
