Job Title: Presales Engineer - ELV

Location: Ajman

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview: As a Presales Engineer specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, you will collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand their technical needs, showcase our solutions, and ensure our products meet client requirements. Your expertise in ELV systems will be crucial in designing effective solutions and preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Analyze client requirements to design tailored solutions for ELV systems, including CCTV, structured cabling, access control, intercom, SMATV, gate barriers, video alarm systems, PABX, and AV systems
• Assist in the creation of proposals and proof-of-concept projects
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive advantage

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, specifically with ELV systems
• Strong understanding of ELV technologies such as CCTV, structured cabling, access control, intercom, SMATV, gate barriers, video alarm systems, PABX, and AV systems
• Proficiency in designing and preparing BOQs
• Experience with AutoCAD is required
• SERA certification is a plus
• A valid driving license is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
