Introduction:
Doodle Inc. is seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Pre-Sales to join our team in the UAE. This pivotal role is ideal for someone proficient in demonstrating and mapping Odoo functionalities to client business processes, enhancing our pre-sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Understand client business processes and requirements through effective communication and engagement.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed demonstrations of Odoo's functionalities, tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
• Sales Support: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value and capabilities of Odoo solutions.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure client requirements are understood and proposals are accurately aligned with client needs.
• Knowledge Upkeep: Stay updated on the latest features, modules, and updates of Odoo v17 and v16.
• Client Feedback Coordination: Gather and relay client feedback to product management teams to aid in product enhancement.
• Transition Facilitation: Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation by effectively communicating client needs to technical teams.
• Customization Scoping: Identify potential customizations needed in Odoo to meet client requirements.
• Solution Mapping: Map out how Odoo solutions can be integrated into client operations from a functional perspective.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
• Proposal Development: Develop detailed proposals that outline how Odoo can solve specific business problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Expert knowledge of ERP software, specifically Odoo.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in Odoo v17 and v16 are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
