Collaborate with the sales team to assess client requirements and present tailored solutions.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and supporting documentation.
Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and needs.
Location:Preferred in Sharjah, but open to other locations across the UAE. Remote work is available, but occasional travel may be required.Education:Good to have: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.Experience:Good to have: 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with exposure to AI and Generative AI technologiesIdeal ProfileQualifications:
Technical Skills: Good to have expertise in Generative AI, including knowledge of NLP, machine learning frameworks, AI-driven applications, CRM software, and sales tools.
Consulting Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Client Engagement: Experience in managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering high-quality pre-sales support. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills as this is a client facing role.
