As a Presales Consultant at Elitser Technologies, you will be responsible for understanding customers' technical requirements and proposing appropriate solutions utilizing ManageEngine's products portfolio and services. You will work closely with the sales team to articulate technical features, demonstrate product capabilities, and address customer inquiries to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Technical Expertise:
• Develop a deep understanding of ManageEngine's products and services. With specific focus on Identity Management, Active Directory Access Management Portfolio, Network Monitoring, Server Monitoring & Applicaiton Management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements.
• Provide technical guidance to customers, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
B. Presales Support:
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Address technical questions and concerns during customer interactions.
C. Solution Development:
• Design customized solutions based on customer requirements using ManageEngine products.
• Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer needs and feedback.
D. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Act as a technical point of contact for customers, understanding their challenges and proposing suitable solutions.
E. Sales Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to create compelling sales proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics based on technical knowledge.
F. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
• Provide training sessions to internal sales and support teams on new products and features.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
• Experience in presales, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar) are a plus.
