Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Precast GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) Revit Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and modeling, particularly in the realm of precast concrete and GRC elements. This role will involve translating design concepts into detailed Revit models, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed Revit models of precast GRC components based on architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ensure models accurately represent design intent and comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues and implement changes as required.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution within Revit to identify and resolve conflicts in the model.
• Generate shop drawings and fabrication details from Revit models for production and construction.
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to modeling activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) as a Revit Modeler with a focus on precast concrete and GRC.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant software applications (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings, with an emphasis on detailing and fabrication.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials related to precast GRC.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project deadlines.
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes and workflows is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
