Company Overview

We are a leading construction company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of precast concrete structures. Our projects range from commercial and residential buildings to infrastructure developments. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Precast Foreman to join our dynamic team.



The Precast Foreman will oversee the day-to-day operations of the precast production facility and ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in precast concrete production, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the precast production team
• Ensure that production schedules are met and that all work is performed safely and efficiently
• Monitor the quality of precast products and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Train and mentor production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols
• Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to address any production issues
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials, and equipment usage
• Conduct regular inspections of the production facility and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to promote a safe and productive work environment
• Assist with the installation of precast components on-site as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in construction or concrete technology is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in precast concrete production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete production processes and equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Physical ability to perform tasks associated with precast production
