We are a leading construction company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of precast concrete structures. Our projects range from commercial and residential buildings to infrastructure developments. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Precast Engineer to join our dynamic team.



The Precast Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, production, and installation of precast concrete components. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in precast engineering, excellent project management skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review precast concrete components and systems
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for precast elements
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Supervise the production of precast elements in the factory to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Manage the installation of precast components on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and timelines
• Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and installation
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in precast technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in precast concrete engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete design, production, and installation processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
