As an Iqarus Trainer, you will have the opportunity to develop and share your experience and knowledge with others, ensuring they are prepared to provide effective immediate care in hostile and kinetic environments. Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical training and assessment in accordance with standardised lesson plans
- Work effectively as a member of a training team.
- Comply with Iqarus training policies and codes of conduct
- Mentor and coach military personnel from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience
- Former military medic (CMT1 or equivalent) with deployed operational experience
- Competent spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Leadership qualities and a natural ability to command respect and authority.
- Ability to pass Disclosure and Barring (DBS) check or national equivalent
- Passport with no restrictions and the ability to travel internationally
