Media Relations:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and bloggers.
  • Coordinate and manage media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences.
  • Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign effectiveness.
Content Creation:
  • Write and edit high-quality content including press releases, blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content that promotes our training programs.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of PR materials.
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the institutes goals and objectives.
  • Identify and leverage PR opportunities to enhance the institute's brand and reputation.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform PR strategies.
Event Management:
  • Plan and execute PR events such as press conferences, webinars, workshops, and community events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and on-site management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Crisis Management:
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the institutes reputation during adverse situations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media during crises and manage communication to ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the education or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaign development and execution.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital PR tools.
  • Experience with event planning and management.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and its trends.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing PR for educational institutions or e-commerce companies.
  • Proficiency in using PR analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
