Job Title - PR Coordinator

Salary - AED 7000

Contract - 3 months

Industry - Events and Exhibition

Location - Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns to align with company objectives.

Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials.

Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure placements in print, broadcast, and online media.

Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR metrics, coverage, and sentiment.

Organize and coordinate press events, interviews, and promotional activities.

Manage and update media lists and databases.

Support the PR team in creating content for social media channels.

Handle incoming media inquiries and interview requests.

Assist in crisis management communication efforts as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure brand consistency in messaging.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience as a PR Coordinator or similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Solid understanding of media relations and digital media strategies.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Creative thinker and problem solver.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with PR software (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) is a plus.

Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and campaigns.
