• Manage and oversee all aspects of media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and press conferences.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure positive coverage.

• Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing its values and vision in all public-facing communications.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and coherent messaging across all communication channels.

• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

• Manage crisis communication efforts, including developing response strategies and handling media inquiries during critical situations.

• Organize and coordinate public events, including press briefings, product launches, and corporate events, to enhance brand visibility.

• Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public relations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations, preferably within a large organization in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of the UAE media landscape and cultural sensitivities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and deliver them effectively.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in PR tools and software, as well as social media platforms.
