We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services. Overall responsibilities:This role will assist the Sales Director and coordinate with BUG1, BUG2 & BUE5 sales team in prequalification process for Energy Cluster in new principals and customers and coordinate with sales team and Sr. QMR & PQ Officer in completing the due diligence for documents.
  • Maintain and update the documents register and folders for technical and prequalification documents. Coordinate ICV efforts within the organization.
  • Assist Sales Director in liaison with potential and existing customers.
Day to day responsibilities:Work closely with Sales Director, sales team and Sr. QMR & PQ Officer in connection with prequalification process for Energy Cluster with new principals and potential customers and coordinate with sales team and BUG1, BUG2 & BUE5. * Liaise with potential and existing customers on due diligence and completion of prequalification documents and other necessary documents during orders.
  • Maintain and update the documents in CRM and other electronic databases for timely retrieval of data and track documents.
  • Coordinate ICV improvement efforts and participate in ICV audits.
  • Assist in internal audits and maintain proper documentation in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Participate in campaigns, events, and exhibitions and together with sales team demonstrate Energy Cluster services and solutions to potential customers.
  • Other back office operational support tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelors degree preferably in Engineer or Business Administration / Communication fresh and/or 01-02 year as an associate in back office operational support work.
Additional InformationSkills & Professional Requirements:Excellent English spoken and written skills.Good knowledge in computer systemsExperience Requirements:Fresh or 01 year experienceAttributes and Behaviours:Willingness to learn.Adaptability.Confidence.
