We seek an administrator with experience with excellent knowledge in preparing Powerpoint presentations.

Responsibilities -
• Preparing presentations and reports
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
• Filing and archiving
• Creating and managing documents & spreadsheets
• Compiling reports
• Managing diaries for team members
• Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
• Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
• Coordination with the departments and staff.
• Basic accounting.
Requirements -
• 1-2 years of experience in admin & accounts required.
• PowerPoint knowledge is a must.
• Must have UAE experience.
• Must be present inside UAE.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
Job Location - Jabal Ali Industrial area.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
