Tell compelling data-driven stories to facilitate strategic decision-making The HR Reporting and Analytics Analyst will contribute to HR reporting, workforce insights, and decision-making by providing clear, actionable data insights and developing HR decision support tools.You will be the digital technology expert and a vital advisor for several HR analytics initiatives in this role. The role will use various methods to deploy effective digital technologies that drive best practice workforce analytics, decision-making, data flow, and process automation, and user-centric manager and employee self-service reporting. In addition, you will contribute to building, sustaining, and enhancing of the HR function digital product capabilities, including driving modernization, standardization, and achieving buy-in for innovation and transformation investments.Accountabilities Participate in the HR and Talent lifecycle to enable high-impact (MVP) opportunities to drive HR service delivery operational performance excellence through digital technology and process automation. Support the implementation of the HR data solutions roadmap to help the division progress in the digital transformation journey. Prepare business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the needs in terms of target user roles, goals, and digital products. Actively contribute to the entire lifecycle of deep-dive analyses and other data-related deliverables, including feature technical development of tools and data models, financial and value-chain analysis, and integration of HR data value chain with the IT function. Engage business leaders and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to enable leaders to achieve business strategy. Be an important player and stakeholder for HR domain and business leaders in the translation of business needs into sustainable analytics and insights. Engage with and collaborate with IT teams to co-develop reporting and analytics products\' portfolio.Other: Liaise with the HR Employee Experience Team to drive employee experience and promote human-centric design in how people leaders use and interacts with HR reports and workforce decision processes. Cooperate with the HRIS Team to understand the data requirements required to support next-generation workforce analytics. Actively participate in professional conferences and external online events and stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and the future of work practices.Requirements: Education & Experience Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in defining and deploying workforce reporting, analytics, and developing decision-support products Fundamental know-how in HR technology, business intelligence tools and analytics Essential know-how in digital technology delivery life cycle, including agile methods, design thinking, and project and process management methodologies. Some familiarity in navigating the HR digital space and understanding of HR data ecosystems, digital architecture, analytics, and relevant enablers. Ability to develop relationships across diverse stakeholder groups at the peer and managerial levels of the organization.
