Job Description

• Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment operation, and material properties.
• Clean and prepare metal parts to ensure optimal adhesion of powder coating.
• Remove any contaminants, rust, or oil from surfaces using appropriate methods.
• Ability to identify and correct defects and ensure high-quality finishes
• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors
• Recruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring employees and contractors
• UAE EXPERIENCE MUST
