Job Description

The postdoc follow should have a good experience in research works on the field of machine learning and data science. The candidate should have published papers in that field. It will be highly valued for the position to have an experience in Crisis modeling, such as COVID19 data analysis (epidemiologic data, intervention data, inter-sector associated data, etc.), Prediction pre-crisis and post crisis. Besides mastering data mining pipelines, the candidate should have a good experience in search-based problem solving and metaheuristics. The mission of the postdoc/research assistant is to participate intensively in research works that aim at solving pandemic modeling problems such as (1) understanding and diagnosing the dynamic of crisis such pandemics (e.g., Covid19) during and post-pandemic. (2) Identifying the issues with the During and post crisis prediction task and leveraging machine learning to solve such issues, (3) proposing methodology to understand and analysis the success and failure during and after the crisis, etc. Metaheuristics optimization, deep learning based mining and big data experience are highly needed to bring solutions to several pandemic modeling tasks. The position effective date is 1st of July or when the position will be filled and ends on 30th of June 2025 with the possibility of extension. The salary will be determined and readjusted based on candidate\xe2\x80\x99s skills evaluation and achievements.Minimum QualificationPh.D.Preferred Qualification
