ASM is looking to hire a Post Holder - Compliance Monitoring who will be responsible for the oversight of ASMs Compliance Monitoring System and ensure adequate resources are available to carry out the Audit Plan and other compliance activities and will report to the Accountable Manager. Essential Criteria
- 10+ years of experience in compliance monitoring in an Aviation Industry
- Experience in Flight Operations and Airline Operations
- Experience in Auditing
- Masters/Bachelors Degree in related field
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in liaising with General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Flexible attitude
