Your Role
Portfolio Responsibilities
- Define and continuously optimize the Winning Local Collection (WLC) with input from e.g. Request Coordination, Marketing, Sales and SCI.
- Maintain the WLC in collaboration with Marketing & Request Coordination in a dynamic way, promoting stars and cash cows and removing dogs.
- Provide input to central Product & Portfolio Management to select best flavors based on product knowledge and insights and make proposals for gap filling.
- Maintain WLC Catalogue in SAP. Maintain Local Promotions under General presentation in SAP.
- Collaborate with Request Coordination to identify market-related portfolio gaps and customer-driven product requirements.
- Train local stakeholders on the WLC, promoting new additions to the Sales and Technical Teams, including Request Coordination.
- Work with market clusters Sales & Marketing Director to define Market-specific Promotions of the WLC
- Collaborate with local Sales to review and assess relevance of C&MM Initiatives for the market & size the opportunity pipeline per initiative to ensure proper resourcing & implantation are set.
- Evaluate C&MM Initiative Value Propositions and localize them for our Market.
- Deliver customer trend presentations in collaboration with SCI, Technical & Sales.
- Drive the roll-out of WLC promotions across Middle East & Pakistan, in collaboration with Sales & Technical.
- Collaborate with EAME Digital Marketing Manager for effective communication of local promotions across Symrise Digital Chanels.

- Sound understanding of classical marketing mix and focus on brand positioning and consumer understanding
- Demonstrates knowledge and insights about consumers and brands and acts to fulfill our customers needs and exceed their expectations
