Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Coordinator for our Real Estate division who will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our property portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with agents, owners, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management:
Oversee the entire real estate portfolio engaged by telemarketing & Sales Agents.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks within the portfolio.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall value of the portfolio.
Qualifying Process:
Lead the property qualifying process, ensuring that properties align with the company's standards and objectives.
Collaborate with agents, sales coordinators, and other team members in the property qualifying process.
Negotiate exclusivity and pricing with property owners.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with senior agents to understand their requirements for property listings.
Collaborate with sales coordinators in the qualification of properties and aligning them with agent portfolios.
Maintain effective communication with agents, sales coordinators, and property owners.
Listing Coordination:
Ensure that properties listed meet the highest standards in terms of presentation, pricing, and market relevance.
Collaborate with listing coordinators to optimize the listing process.
Advantages and Disadvantages Evaluation:
Analyze and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of assigning property qualifying to different roles (agents, telemarketing, sales coordinators).
Propose and implement strategies to mitigate disadvantages and optimize the overall efficiency of the process.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in real estate portfolio management.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful property transactions.
Previous experience as a senior listing coordinator is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, property values, and portfolio performance.
Collaborative Attitude: A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
