Job location: Abu Dhabi
Duties and Responsibilities:
Moving furniture, boxes, paper and equipment around the school and delivering post, parcels, furniture and ad hoc items across campuses. (arranging furniture within the classrooms, courtyard/sports hall/exam hall during special events.)
To offer the service in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism throughout the School.
Support to Academic staff in lamination of posters, binding booklets, photocopying study materials etc. Class room tagging (teachers name, class no. subject etc.)
Safekeeping of Lost and found items at the stores.
Distribution of water bottles (4 gallon) on the water dispensers at the designated areas of male, female & elementary campuses and refill the water dispensers when empty.
Setting up the exam hall for exams, university visits, seminars etc.
