The Pool and Beach Attendant will graciously provide towels, amenities, seating options and have exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items to the guests. The Pool & Beach Attendant's comprehensive scope of work creates a sense of ownership for the associate and a personal connection for the guests enjoying the pool and beach area. The successful candidate will be able to handle a face paced and high volume work environment while maintaining luxury guest service. Qualifications • Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. • High school degree preferred. • Prefer previous Pool & Beach and safety experience. • Certification in First Aid, AED and CPR required (or equivalent) • Lifeguard certification recommended (or equivalent).
