Align Staffing is currently hiring for Policy Developer for one of our Marquee client.

Role - The Policy/Guide Developer will be responsible for the creation, review, and updating of policies and guides to ensure they align with the organization's goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, conducting thorough research, and ensuring clear communication of policy content.

Responsibilities -

• Research and analyze existing policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Draft new policies and guides that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a schedule for periodic policy reviews and updates
• Develop comprehensive and accessible policy documents and guides.
• Ensure policies are communicated effectively to all employees and stakeholders.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure understanding and adherence to policies
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, law, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in policy development is a plus.
• 5 years of proven experience as policy guide/developer.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and build consensus.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple policies and deadlines.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Fluency in spoken & written in Arabic & English language is mandatory.

Working days/hours - 5 days per week & 9 hours per day.
