About the Role:
Based in Dubai at the company Head Office and reporting to the Head of Commercial / Tendering Manager, the role is responsible for the timely preparation of all tender and proposal submissions in compliance with the ITT requirement and P&O's internal procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
• Create the required entries in the CRM and ensure all the entries (contacts, leads, opportunities and quotes) are kept up to date,
• Save the ITT and all prepared tender documents in the Tender folder structure,
• Prepare the Compliance Matrix and distribute the ITT internally to the relevant department for review and comment,
• Compile the tender documentation and present it internally for review and approval as per the tender timeline,
• Prepare any prequalification applications and vendor registrations.
• Prepare and analyze various sales reports using CRM data, including sales backlog and ongoing tenders list,
• Ensure all clarifications received during and after tender submission are acknowledged, responded and saved in the tender folder,
• Assist in preparing Charter Handover, Contract Questionnaire, Monthly Regional Reports, Vessel Availability list and other internal and external reports,
• Liaise with the relevant department to arrange the tender bonds, guarantees or insurances required in tenders and contracts.
• Provide commercial administration assistance to the sales team in other regions when required and under directions from the Head of Tendering.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas offshore logistics industry.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
