The PMV (Plant, Machinery and Vehicles) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and deployment of all PMV assets across construction projects. work collaboratively with the Project Managers, MEP Team, Site incharges, and other project team members to ensure successful project delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of PMV assets, including the deployment, maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment as necessary. Ensure that all PMV assets are compliant with safety regulations and are maintained in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. Maintain an up-to-date, condition, and maintenance history. Manage the procurement of spare parts and negotiate with suppliers and manage the PMV budget
Responsibilities:
1. Timely upto date service & maintenance of machinery ,vehicles & Generators
2. Attending breakdowns, arranging & ordering essential parts, for repairing
3. Coordinate with sub-contractors for maintenance & service of hired machinery
4. Arranging equipments & vehicles on hire basis for site needs
5. Coordination & arrangement of transportation of site vehicles & Drivers
6. Arrangement of third party certification for plant, equipment, & operators etc
7. Arrangement of Concrete booms, Hoist, Cranes according with the sites needs.
