When you join us, you join a team of 30,000+ people globally that cares about your growth one that seeks to provide you with exciting projects, opportunities and work with state of the art technologies throughout your career with us.To be part of IT PMO team with good leadership qualities and strong communication skills Get requirements from Transformation office (Business Excellence) or direct projects from Reporting manager and manage End to end project deliverables (both waterfall and Agile methodologies, on demand based on demand category) Stakeholder management : Work closely with multiple departments Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Digital mobile and Web applications, etc Co ordinate with teams working on technologies Oracle Fusion, PowerBI, AWS, Digital, ChatBot, etc to deliver allocated project Co ordinate and manage for projects involved with external vendors/Third party like Genysis, Emirates Post, etc to deliver allocated project Release planning, prioritization, run daily scrum, train team with Agile best practices, manage sprint backlog in Azure DevOps, schedules UATs, Sprint review, etc Reporting business on Monthly and weekly basis on progress status and Releases, reporting manager on risk and issues, weekly/monthly status Manage demands in Monday board and prepare reports to be shared with ITPMO leads/reporting manager Conduct and be part in meetings with leadership team Required knowledge: 5+ years of strong project management across Waterfall, Agile-Scrum methodologies Exposure to above mentioned technologies is plus Mondayboard.com, Azure DevOps, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and SharePoint knowledge Able to handle direct projects and Enhancements
