The Role
PMO Manager
This is a key position that will provide oversight and guidance on all IT Programs and project. The PMO establishes and governs the policies, principles, procedures and templates with respect to project best practices, helps with sourcing of projects managers by building an active pool, provides necessary project management support to project managers and coaches new project managers on established ways of working. The PMO is also responsible for gathering relevant project data and producing information to organization leadership for reviews and decision-making. The PMO will be responsible for tracking the overall status of those projects including key milestones, financials, and business benefits. In addition, the individual is also responsible for the implementation of appropriate PMO tools in line with the policies and procedures.

Ensure effective communication with project sponsors, project managers, functional and resource managers, and other stakeholders.
• Engages key stakeholders to evaluate proposed and ongoing projects based on value, risk, effort, cost and strategic alignment.
• Works with key stakeholders and budget managers to assess and track financial impact of all project work.
• Leads the effective and efficient delivery of the largest and most strategically important programs including scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, and quality.
• Leverages business and technical understanding to ensure appropriate review and quality validation occurs for deliverables.
• Collaboratively establishes and leads the distributed project management structure.
• Develops and maintains governance tools, templates, guidelines, procedures and processes.
• Coordinates a project intake, prioritization, and evaluation framework that is informed by required data points.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by manager.
Our ideal match
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in PMO, Program/Project Management.
• Good understanding & experience of portfolio and program management.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
