Job Description
Opportunity to make a real impact in spearheading the project management office of a large, complex organisation with a high volume and broad range of projects, programs and initiatives.
- Lead a team of skilled professionals, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Implement cutting-edge PMO methodologies and best practices to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and communication across departments, breaking down silos and achieving common goals.
- Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Must be a UAE National with a proven track record of leading PMOs in large, complex government organisations.
- Must possess a strong track record of successfully delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.
- You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of PMO best practices and methodologies.
- You are a charismatic leader who inspires, motivates, and empowers your team.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
