Job Summary:We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to join our team. As a PMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project management office and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the project management office in developing and implementing project management processes and procedures
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations
Support project managers in managing project budgets and resources
Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project management office
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
Participate in project reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements
Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
Support the project management office in maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
Perform other duties as assigned by the project management office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a project coordination or project management role
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
