Job Description

:\xc2\xa7 Data Gathering, Cleansing, and Validation- Work with different teams, departments, and stakeholders to collect data from various sources.- Clean data to correct errors, remove inconcsistencies, and ensure reliability.- Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and adherence to standards.\xc2\xa7 Advanced Data Analysis for Performance Metrics- Analyze project data using statistical methods to track metrics like budget, timelines, and resources.- Create automated models for real-time performance monitoring and agile decision-making.- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and provide insights to enhance project delivery and outcomes.\xc2\xa7 Tracking and Reporting on Project Performance- Develop dashboards and reports to track key project metrics for senior management.- Conduct regular analysis to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.- Customize reports for various audiences to support informed decision-making.\xc2\xa7 Trend and Forecasting Analysis- Analyze historical data to inform predictive models for future performance.- Use forecasting techniques to predict resource needs, budget, and risks for better strategic planning.- Collaborate with business units to align forecasts with organizational goals.\xc2\xa7 Risk Assessment and Mitigation Proposals- Analyze past performance and market conditions to assess risks.- Develop and recommend strategies to mitigate risks.- Work with PMO teams to integrate risk assessments into project plans for effective risk management.Requirements\xc2\xa7 Experience- 7-13 years of data analysis experience, preferably in a PMO or project-based environment, with a strong grasp of project structures, KPIs, and reporting.- Proven background in industries where project data supports strategic decision-making, such as construction, engineering, or IT.\xc2\xa7 Technical Skills- Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles for contextualizing data in complex projects.- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel with advanced functions, Power Query, pivot tables, and macros for efficient analysis and reporting.- Data Visualization: Skilled in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.- SQL and Python: Experienced in SQL for querying datasets; Python preferred for advanced analysis, automation, and scripting.
