:Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Senior Commissioning Process Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and Gas industry for ADNOC Offshore to be based in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:
Review and approve Process Commissioning procedures
Drive population of systems completion database
Monitor and track systems completion and punch closure
Coordinate commissioning activities and tie-in activities
Liaise with operation personnel to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled before any systems / subsystem commissioned
Approve / review tests procedures and method statements
Attend tool boxes
Review / Approve DPRs and relevant installed quantities
Supervise contractor performance in terms of progress, HSE and quality
Monitor contractors to adhere to site policies, regulations, HSE rules
Liaise interfaces internally (with other company disciplines) and externally (with operation personnel, vendors, third parties)
Review / assess / approve site queries and authorize site modifications in coordination with PMT
Assist commissioning group and operations personnel assigned to the commissioning group at onshore and offshore locations; assist coordination and execution of the commissioning activities at onshore and offshore locations
Assist coordination liaison for all interfaces on site and with all integrity groups to ensure to ensure the project requirements and performance standards are achieved
Provide input for the most effective use of vendors and assistance during CMS population
Provide input to the development of the detailed plan and planning systems including reporting of progress; ensure that changes implemented during the commissioning activities are approved and documented
Provide review of TQ\'s, EQ\'s, and SI\'s ensuring that they are included in the commissioning scope where applicable
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of experience within the oil and gas industry
Bachelor\'s degree in chemical engineering
Must have practical hands-on field experience during all stages of project life construction, commissioning & start up, and be able to communicate with team leaders of a multi-discipline team
Be a team player who can provide valuable input during both planning and execution phase
