:Wood is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity on ADNOC Onshore project for a PMC Lead Interface Engineer.Responsibilities:Job ObjectiveSupports delivery of engineering excellence in their assigned project(s) through tactical leadership of an assigned project engineering team from a commercially astute position, utilizing good coordination and sound technical skills. Manages and drives completion of the engineering deliverables for an assigned project to schedule and in accordance with applicable procedures, specifications and standards, focused on both internal and external customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the overall Interface Management Plan and Register for the project covering all identified and potential interfaces, including ADNOC Onshore\'s and statutory stakeholders.
Ensure compliance by reviewing engineering drawings, documents and specifications aligning with interface requirements and standards.
Monitor the interface activities progress in terms of deliverables, milestones and dependencies and take corrective actions when necessary for timely risk mitigation.
Coordinate with ADNOC Onshore\'s end users and obtain their input and feedback as required whilst ensuring each input and feedback is suitably considered and incorporated.
Monitor the progress of associated projects and take any corrective action necessary.
Organize and leads interface meetings involving FEED/EPC contractor, LICENSORS, other Contractors appointed by ADNOC Onshore for the execution of the project.
Ensure that interfaces are proactively coordinated to avoid disruption to project schedule.
Assist to remove issues preventing project progress and/or efficient delivery.
Support/Coordinate Project interface between EPC Packages.
Oversees a team of interface engineers to coordinate a complex series of activities performed by EPC Contractors LICENSORS, other Contractors appointed by ADNOC Onshore engineers, designers and others from multiple engineering disciplines or departments
Coordinates with project controls teams for schedule oversight, planning and resource forecasting for interface engineering activities relating to the project
Ensures accurate and timely delivery of work, to the satisfaction of both internal and external customers
Alerts Project Manager in the event of potential delays or change; identifies and implements change
Coordinates and assures technical excellence of interdisciplinary project deliverables
Coordinates, guides and mentors other Project/Interface Engineers in the management of work scope
Manages interfaces between engineering disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of assigned work
Takes a lead role in planning engineering work, verification of design, and assuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements
Assists in lessons learned and best interface management practices ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are applied.

HSE, Quality and Assurance
Checks compliance with Project Quality System; able to audit projects; proactively drives team
Ensures Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) reviews are planned and implemented; supports initiatives
Manages the development of project specific procedures
Responsible for assuring quality of engineering deliverables
Development and management of schedule
Creates and implements work plan for discipline and inter-discipline interfaces; identifies key dates, milestones and deliverables, drives for completion; manages forecasts
Resolves escalated delays and changes, ensures recovery plans are implemented and reviewed
Design Verification
Drives and participates in Design Verification; drives others to complete; Understands risk and mitigation requirements
Change Management
Uses knowledge of conditions of contract to support decisions on schedules, key milestones and change management
Understands customer needs and able to deliver customer satisfaction; actively monitors and supports initiative
Quantifies effects of change project wide; develops mitigation plans against change and drives change management
People Management
Supervises work of technical professionals in the delivery of engineering deliverables including checking work
Coordinates and manages inputs from large interdisciplinary team (typically 50+).
Provides communication to project team; good at public speaking; strong in leading people to participate and contribute.
Qualifications:Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Minimum 15 years\' relevant experience
Deep understanding of technical work scopes and commercial aspects of projects
Deep understanding of Interface stakeholder management in FEED / EPC projects
Previous experience in ADNOC FEED / EPC projects in similar roles is preferred
Able to use conditions of contract to support decisions on schedules, key milestones and change management
Has good working and application knowledge of specifications and standards
Extensive experience in delivering to internal customers, including other Engineering disciplines
Familiar with change management practices and able to robustly manage change
Has an expert knowledge of standards, procedures and work practices; follows project execution flow chart; developing skills in project and technical execution
Expert ability in application of the procedures and work practices which define and govern Engineering Management and Project Engineering deliverables
Able to lead Project Engineering team; able to manage between Engineering Discipline Groups
Good communicator in leading work effort; motivates team; strong positive and active in solutions and proactive attitude
