Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Contracts and Claims Manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Post-award Contract Management and risk mitigation of multiple EPC packages
Ensures contracts approval and execution are carried out in accordance with Contracts Policy and Procedure and contract management systems
Prepares Management review reports on the performance of the Contract
Stakeholder management of multiple entities and JV partners
Assessment of contracting strategies, risks involved for all the stakeholders including EPC contractors, feedstock suppliers, utility, logistics and infrastructure providers, on breaching contractual commitments and consequences leading to claims and settlements between entities
Monitor Contractor performance, support timely identification of potential risks and mitigation actions
Timely warning on performance of Contractor
Skills / Qualifications
Bachelors Degree (preferable in engineering or law)
10 years of experience in Contract Management in projects, claims assessment and settlements, dispute resolutions performance assessments
Experience in all or at least one of the following fields: Upstream/Downstream specifically in Operations, Construction, Petrochemicals and Refinery is preferred on project and contract management
Relevant Professional certifications as per the role requirement from reputed international organizations
