Role Objective:

Highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team. must have a strong background in plumbing, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams on various projects. As a Plumbing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, while also meeting project deadlines and budget requirements. Your role will involve coordinating with other trades, clients, and project managers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior plumbers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and industry regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of plumbers on various projects.
• Plan and coordinate plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate with other trades, clients, and project managers.
• Train and mentor junior plumbers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Order and manage inventory of plumbing materials and supplies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
• Evaluate and improve work processes and procedures.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and installations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid plumbing license or certification.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if required.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum high school graduate.

(A university degree from a professional institution is a plus).

Languages:

English language (Speaking, Reading, Writing).

Technical Skills:

Plumbing Systems, Team Management, Project Coordination, Blueprint Reading (Drwings), Safety Protocols, Problem Solving, Time Management , Technical Guidance, Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, Customer Relations, Budgeting, Training and Mentoring, Conflict Resolution, Tool Maintenance, Regulatory Compliance, Project Planning, Work Process Improvement, Computer Literacy.
