MEP Plumbing Draftsman (Mechanical) A reputed MEP Company based in Dubai is looking for a MEP Draftsman, with 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in similar field in Dubai/UAE, having Experience in High Rise Buildings... Roles & Responsibilities
Contract length: 24 months Experience:
- Prepare detail drawings of mechanical system designs and plans for buildings and structures according to specifications provided as per project guidelines.
- Preparation of plumbing drawing as per DM regulation and standard mainly with respect to project specification and guide lines.
- Coordinate and in cooperate the work and feed back provided by other Engineers, surveyors and other professionals involved in the project.
- Compile Mechanical engineering data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required to complete Mechanical drawings.
- Use Computer \xe2\x80\x93aided drafting equipment and software ( AUTOCAD, Revit) to produce 2D & 3D drawings , sections elevations and calculations.
- Work closely with other team members to develop MEP Coordination layout.
- Ensure that all applicable regulations are accounted for in the designs for the project.
- Must have good knowledge of detailing.
- Good knowledge of computer operation and operating knowledge of MS (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- To follow company/department ISO procedures for all steps to keep the system in place.
- Always, effective time management is required to be in place.
- Presentation and reporting skills (preferable).
