Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine the best solutions.
• Interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform pressure tests to identify leaks and ensure the reliability of plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and service reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in plumbing is preferred.
• Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and tools.
• Proficiency in using plumbing equipment such as pipe cutters, wrenches, and soldering tools.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in tight spaces or at heights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
