Job Description

• PLUMBER FOREMAN - Civil
• Supervision and Coordination : Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and appliances. Coordinating with other trades (mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems with overall MEP requirements.
• Reading and Interpreting Plans : Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the scope of work and requirements for plumbing installations. Ensuring that all installations meet building codes, client specifications, and industry standards.
• Team Leadership : Leading a team of plumbers, pipefitters, and helpers. Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to schedule.
• Quality Assurance : Conducting inspections of plumbing installations to verify quality, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Addressing any deficiencies and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Safety Compliance : Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all team members adhere to safety regulations and guidelines. Conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Material and Equipment Management : Ordering materials, tools, and equipment necessary for plumbing installation. Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring that resources are used efficiently, and managing logistics related to materials.
• Progress Reporting : Keeping detailed records of work progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation of any issues or challenges encountered during the project.
• Problem Solving : Addressing technical issues and resolving conflicts that may arise during plumbing installations. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to find effective solutions.
• Communication : Maintaining regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and supervisors. Providing updates on project status, milestones achieved, and any changes in scope or schedule.
• Training and Development : Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in plumbing techniques and safety procedures.

SALARY

AED 4,000 + ACCOMMODATION + TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED

Candidate must have min 5yrs experience UAE experience.
